A site plan usually shows a building's footprint, travel paths, parking, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer lines, water lines, trails, high-quality lighting and landscaping and garden elements. This site plan is a "graphical representation of the layout of buildings, parking lots, units, landscaping and any other structure that is part of a development project".
