Civil Engineering Plans

A civil construction drawing or site design is a type of technical drawing that shows information about the levelling of the site, erosion and sediment control, storm water management, landscaping or other details of the site. These drawings are intended to provide a civil engineer with a clear picture of everything on a construction site.
A site plan is an architectural plan, a landscape architecture document and a detailed engineering drawing of the proposed improvements for a given lot. A site plan usually shows a building's footprint, travel paths, parking, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer lines, water lines, trails, high-quality lighting and landscaping and garden elements. This site plan is a "graphical representation of the layout of buildings, parking lots, units, landscaping and any other structure that is part of a development project".
